Before you write
Most install issues are answered in the homepage troubleshooting section: match the file size to the table, keep free storage well beyond the download size, and download on Wi-Fi. If your message is about playback or addons, your device model, whether it is a phone or a TV, and which addon you were using help us reproduce it on the bench.
